B2Alpha Market – Shipping Policy
1. Order Handling Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after full payment is confirmed.
Processing includes verification, packaging, and preparing your shipment for dispatch.
Same-day processing is available for orders placed before 5:00 PM (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday.
Orders received after 5:00 PM or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Business Hours
Our business operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Eastern Time).
All order processing, packaging, and shipment arrangements occur during these hours.
3. Shipping Methods and Transit Time
We offer the following delivery options to best suit your needs:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after shipment.
Expedited Shipping: Available upon request for an additional fee. Availability depends on carrier options and location.
Transit times may vary depending on carrier performance, distance, and weather conditions.
4. Delivery Estimates
The total delivery time for an order includes both handling and transit time:
Total Delivery Time = Order Handling (2–4 days) + Transit (5–7 days)
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details to monitor your package in real-time.
5. Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of $35.00 USD applies to all domestic U.S. orders.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout prior to payment confirmation.
Additional fees may apply for expedited or oversized shipments.
6. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Use the tracking number provided to monitor your package’s location and estimated delivery date through the carrier’s website.
7. International Shipping
At this time, B2Alpha Market ships within the United States only.
We also do international shipping across P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, to any international destinations.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
To request an order change or cancellation, please contact our support team immediately at sales@b2alphamarket.com.
Once your order has entered the processing or shipping phase, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
